When Jacob’s grandfather dies under mysterious circumstances, his last words lead Jacob to a remote Welsh island. There, he discovers Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children. It was a crumbling orphanage stuck in a time loop where children with extraordinary abilities (some of them being capable of levitation, invisibility, and summoning fire) hide from monsters.
