Many world-renowned tech companies, like Google and Facebook, are actively implementing AI in their workplaces. But it’s not only about the tech realm—other spheres are on the line. According to McKinsey Global Institute, AI will influence such spheres as finance, HR, marketing, and many more. As of now, 85 percent of companies believe that AI will play a key role in the success of their businesses.

Nevertheless, it is not as rosy as it seems. Besides new advantages, AI is taking over the functions of many workers. In the long run, of course, this will lead to the reduction or even disappearance of some jobs. For instance, there are now many chatbots that can easily replace recruiters, consultants, librarians, and translators. Now, AI can write articles at the level of professional copywriters and generate creative ideas.

Research conducted by Oxford University in collaboration with consulting firms showed astonishing results. Between 14 and 47 percent of jobs may disappear due to artificial intelligence in the next 15 years. However, don’t be in a hurry to despair, thinking that no one will need your work in the future. No matter how advanced the AI is, it cannot replace people everywhere – and this is one of your main advantages.
