What comes to mind when you think about your dream life? And, a new question — why don't you live like this? Three main enemies can stand in your way. The first obstacle to a happy life is your mindset: your attitude toward the world, your mood, and your thoughts. The next factor is your steps to implement your plans. Think about what methods you use and whether they help. Lastly, motivation is the driving force that gives us the impetus to get up off the couch and act. Progress will come if you work on improving these three points.

However, imposing negative thoughts may prevent your success. Here, the subconscious mind comes into play. Amy Morin proves that limiting beliefs work like manifestos in her book *13 Things Mentally Strong People Don't Do*. You may never find the perfect partner if you do not consider yourself worthy of it. People who think they will never get a high job position are always behind the scenes. With the wrong mindset, any of your insecurities will be an obstacle to greatness. We are like magnets. Whatever things we call upon ourselves – they come.

But there are no hopeless situations. You can say goodbye to limiting beliefs. How? First, you need to notice them. Review and list each of these beliefs. It is even better to paint a whole chain of sequences: Where did you get them from? In what area do they interfere? The next step is to distinguish myth from reality. Are your limiting beliefs valid, or are they the result of your fears? You are afraid to meet new people because you think they will not accept you. Think about it: has this ever happened? Maybe you just psyched yourself out.

Then, you should start replacing restrictions with motivating statements. Discover a new self that will push you to action. It will give a rebuff to another part of you. If your "evil inner self" believes in your failure, fight back. It says, "You've been wrong so much, so it's going to happen again." And you answer, "Mistakes are lessons, and everything will work out this time." Life is full of challenges. They help us see our skills and provide new opportunities.

Success will be possible if your thinking changes. The key to progress is making decisions faster, unburdened by insecurity. Consider applying the 40/70 rule. Often, we suffer from a lack of information. It seems our brain requires more material to decide faster. The rule suggests gathering 40 to 70 percent of the information you need about your topic. It will help you get the big picture. Studies have shown that less than 40 percent can lead you down the wrong path. Your action might be reckless. Gathering more than enough, however, means wasting time. So, stick to these ranges for good results.
