It's uncommon for people to be rejected from support groups, but Brené faced exclusion not once but twice. Even at her lowest, she couldn't find a group where she felt like the right fit. It seemed like fitting in was impossible, and she struggled to find where she belonged.

Ultimately, Brené Brown overcame society's expectations and stayed true to herself. Her story isn't just about her own struggles but about everyone's desire for connection and acceptance. Brown's experience shows that even when you feel left out, there's strength in you that can help you rise above it.
